City Credit Union’s Sherman branch is currently collecting coats for Share the Warmth a Texoma-area coat drive, organized by the Texoma Council of Governments as part of the credit union’s Random Acts of Kindness initiative this month. From now until January 31, City CU encourages the public to drop off new or gently used coats at its Sherman branch (401 W Wilson Ave.) during business hours. Last year’s drive helped raise over 3,000 new and gently used coats that were cleaned, repaired and presented to thousands of kids and adults in need throughout the North Texas area.
