Nationally-recognized IT job training nonprofit Per Scholas celebrated the graduation of its IT-Ready class at CitySquare’s South Dallas Opportunity Center on October 9.   Guests were able to tour the technology training facility, meet  the graduates and  learn about Per Scholas’ high-image technology job training, and hear from Per Scholas executives and partners’ Capital One and CitySquare. With the help of Capital One’s support, Per Scholas launched its employer-driven workforce development program this spring to provide local residents the opportunity to obtain the education and skills to land jobs in the technology industry. Per Scholas Dallas is the newest addition to the Per Scholas network and in its first year 80 students from the Metroplex will be trained.
