Board President Richard Joyner

Cristo Rey Dallas College Prep, an innovative, private high school located in the Pleasant Grove area of Southeast Dallas, has announced its 2016-2017 board of directors, which includes three new members – Jack Fraker, Dan Moen and Richard Joyner, who will join as the board’s new president. 

The 2016-2017 board of directors includes:

Joyner, Fraker and Moen have each helped shape the Dallas business community in significant ways through the finance, real estate and healthcare industries. In addition to serving as the current president and CEO of Tolleson Wealth Management’s Private Wealth Management Group, Joyner sits as an active member on the company’s board of directors, executive committee and investment committee. He also spearheads Tolleson’s family education efforts. Fraker sits as a current vice chairman and managing director of CBRE’s Capital Markets Industrial Practice, and Moen is the former CEO and current chairman of the board of directors for LHP Hospital Group, Inc

“We are honored to partner with a board made up of committee business leaders and influencers who strongly believe in the Cristo Rey Dallas mission,” said school President Kelby Woodard. “Cristo Rey Dallas is dedicated to providing rigorous academics and valuable professional work experience. Under the guidance of the board, we can continue to make uncompromised college preparatory education affordable, provide our students with the necessary tools for success and equip them for a lifetime of leadership.”

In addition to internal policy, the board will assist with fundraising efforts and job recruitment for the school’s Corporate Work Study Program, which allows students to gain hands-on, professional experience at the offices of both local and national businesses.
