Kitchen Design Concepts is excited to announce that two employees, Rebecca Sutton and Katie Bacon, have earned their Certified Kitchen and Bath Remodeler (CKBR) certification through the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI).

The two employees completed the certification preparatory course and successfully completed a 200-question examination to earn the certification.

The CKBR program addresses the fundamentals of managing kitchen and bath renovations. The preparatory course prepares applicants to develop sound business operations and procedures necessary for operational efficiency and increased profitability, understand key financial indicators a remodeler/business owner must manage, create various marketing tools kitchen and bath remodelers use to promote services, navigate building codes, develop skills to communicate with code officials, evaluate job sites, identify hidden defects and conditions, and develop capabilities of the various trades required on the kitchen and bath remodeling project and how to determine if the work is performed correctly.

To be eligible for the certification, applicants must be currently employed or own a firm engaged in the remodeling of kitchens and bathrooms, have a minimum of five years of continuous experience in the remodeling industry, have completed a minimum of four kitchens and/or bathrooms per year, and have a minimum of 16 hours of continuing information.

Kitchen Design Concepts provides turnkey remodeling services to Dallas clients through a defined and refined process that shapes partnerships with each client. Kitchen Design Concepts works closely with each client to learn their lifestyles, aesthetic taste, and needs for maximum satisfaction.
