Capital One Bank and Junior Achievement are transforming student lives through their robust digital curriculum and accompanying technology for the Junior Achievement Finance Park program. On Oct. 25, Apollo Junior High School students got their turn. For the past 11 years, this mobile program has introduced 7th and 8th graders across the country to the basics of money management through interactive learning.

Paul Littlejohn, Capital One Bank’s District Manager of Northeast Texas, worked with Apollo J High School students on pieces of personal budgeting including rent and mortgage payments, car payments, insurance, savings, groceries, and more. Students collaborated to create a balanced budget as they drew connections between hard work, education, and their future earnings.
