Catering for Football’s Biggest Day (Feb. 2)
Just as important as the football game is the football party, and Local Yocal BBQ & Grill scores big with its perfectly smoked BBQ and mouthwatering sides. Football fans will cheer for Local Yocal’s Big Game takeout packages. Available in two sizes, six and twelve, the Big Game meal features chopped smoked brisket, housemade sausage, potato salad, coleslaw, scratch-made sauce, relish, and freshly baked burger buns. The six-pack is available for $50, the 12-pack is available for $100. Big Game catering orders must be in by January 31.
Valentine’s Day at Local Yocal (Feb. 14 & Feb. 15)
Local Yocal Chef Adam West created a three-course prix-fixed Valentine’s dinner, locally-sourced and scratch-made with love. For starters, guests may choose between Oysters on the Half Shell or Two Hearts Salad. Entrée options boast of Pan Roasted Sea Scallops or Braised Beef Shortrib followed by Espresso Crème Brulee. The dinner, including a half bottle of wine, will be available February 14th and 15th, 5PM - 11PM, and cost $75 per person.
National Chili Day (Feb. 23)
Local Yocal will be showcasing their Wagyu Beef and Brisket Chili on February 23rd for National Chili Day. Not typically on the menu, it is a crowd-pleaser, or as Local Yocal owner Matt Hamilton says, “its hearty, warm and craveable!” Available by the cup for $7 or bowl for $11 until supplies last.
Local Yocal BBQ & Grill is located at 350 East Louisiana Street in McKinney.
