From June 12 through July 18, 2026 the Visitor Center will serve as a unique welcoming hub for guests exploring the festivities. Visitors can also explore a vibrant site-specific art installation and exhibition curated by sculptor Art Garcia, featuring one-of-a-kind works by Oak Cliffbased artists capturing the intersection of sport, culture, and identity. SPARK! Dallas presents SPARK! City, a first-of-its-kind immersive public art exhibition celebrating Dallas neighborhoods from June 5 through August 30, 2026..

Designed for both Dallas residents and visitors attending this summers international soccer festivities, SPARK! City transforms the venue into a journey through Downtown/Uptown, Deep Ellum, Oak Cliff/Bishop Arts, Vickery Meadow and The Cedars. Each neighborhood is brought to life through original artwork and immersive installations created by students from Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts, Emmett J. Conrad High School, and Dallas artist Erika Bauer.

Guests can explore the history, culture and creative spirit of each neighborhood while also enjoying SPARK!s popular play sculpture areas and Creative Corner. The exhibit is open Saturdays from 10 a.m.3 p.m., Sundays from 15 p.m., and select weekdays from 15 p.m. during FIFA Family Days.

Admission to SPARK! City is $15 for adults and children ages 2 and older and children 0-2 enter for free, with discounts available for teachers, seniors, military personnel, first responders and Museums for All participants. Hughes Family Tribute Center will host a 10-week Dementia Care-Partner Support Group beginning Tuesday, September 12 at 6:30 p.m. and continuing through Tuesday, November 14, 2023. Care partners who are interested in attending the support group are asked to register to attend and pay $25.00 (plus tax and processing fees) to cover the cost of the workbook and class materials. Limited scholarships are available.

The more people who are compassionate to the dementia care partner from the outside in, the more they are capable of being self-compassionate from the inside out."

Each weekly session will cover different aspects of caring for someone with dementia. For example, topics during the first three weeks include:

- The first week will introduce the hosts of the group, distribute the Dementia Care-Partner Workbook to those that registered, and begin discussions of what the group will experience and learn over the next 10 weeks.

- The second week will begin a foundation to understand and learn about what dementia is, how it is diagnosed, the various forms of dementia, and much more.

- Week 3 will discuss the key parts of the brain and their functions, defining activities of daily living, and the different stages of dementia from mild cognitive impairment to late-stage dementia. This week builds on top of Week 2's discussion of what dementia is and how it impacts the mind and physical body.

Overcoming her parents' stifling indifference, Alices world turns technicolor as she confronts her deepest fears and discovers her innate creative power through adventures on the other side of the looking glass.

Plague Mask Players back with the amazing AT&T Performing Arts Centers Elevator Project to present 'Alice' a variation on Lewis Carroll's 'Alice in Wonderland', by playwright, Ara Vito, and directed by Samantha Calatozzo Cobb. This production will be the Texas premiere of this exciting new work, and Plague Mask Players is thrilled to be the first to bring it to life for DFW audiences. The play received second place for the Harold and Mimi Steinberg National Student Playwriting Award through the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival (KCACTF).

Filled with sharp humor, heartfelt moments and eccentric small-town characters, the world premiere production is written by Dallas playwrights Patty Pell and Laurie Grigsby and directed by acclaimed playwright and filmmaker Del Shores. Presented by Clark, Pell & King Productions.
