Berry and Rosen Also Ranked in Real Trends’ Annual The Thousand

List of Top 250 Sales Professionals in The Country

DALLAS – JULY 19, 2017 – Christy Berry and Jonathan Rosen of The Collective Residential, formerly the Rosen Berry Group, were named one of America’s most productive sales teams as a part of REAL Trends America’s Best Real Estate Agents, the newly issued ranking report produced by REAL Trends and sponsored by Zillow Group.  The Collective Residential is now a member of the “America’s Best Real Estate Agents,” and ranked number 12 out of 171 Teams by Volume in Texas and number 4 out of 74 Teams by Volume in DFW.

REAL Trends America’s Best Real Estate Agents ranks more than 12,600 residential real estate professionals solely based on their excellence in real estate sales during calendar year 2016. All production numbers are independently verified by a third-party in order to ensure accuracy and report integrity. “This group of highly successful real estate sales agents represents less than one percent of all real estate practitioners in the United States,” says Steve Murray, publisher of REAL Trends America’s Best Real Estate Agents and president of REAL Trends.

To qualify for inclusion, an individual agent must have closed at least 50 transaction sides or $20 million in sales volume in 2016. For real estate agent teams, the minimum is 75 transaction sides or $30 million in closed sales volume. The individuals ranked in America’s Best Real Estate Agents had an average of 73 transaction sides and an average sales volume of almost $37 million. Teams ranked in America’s Best Real Estate Agents had an average of 144 sides and an average sales volume of almost $61 million. This ensures that only the best of the best are included on the prestigious list.

“The average residential real estate agent in the United States closed 8.6 transactions in 2016 and had less than $1.3 million in sales,” said Murray. “To say that Christy Berry and Jonathan Rosen are exceptional sales professionals is an understatement. To attain this level of sales is truly outstanding.”

“We are also pleased that two of the nation’s most prominent online real estate websites, Trulia® and Zillow®, have partnered with REAL Trends to bring a superior level of customer exposure of these sales agents’ performance,” Murray added.

In addition to ranking amongst America’s best real estate agents, The Collective Co-founders also were recently ranked 190 out of 1,000 in the 12th annual REAL Trends The Thousand list, in conjunction with The Wall Street Journal.  Christy and Jonathan were one of only two Dallas teams to make this prestigious list based on transaction volume out of 1,000 top agents in the country.

“We are honored to be recognized twice by Real Trends as the country’s top residential real estate agents,” said Christy Berry, broker & co-founder of The Collective Residential. “These rankings validate the combined effort and hard work we have put in at The Collective Residential to redefine luxury real estate in the Dallas market.”

REAL Trends The Thousand, in partnership with The Wall Street Journal, is an annual, national award ranking sponsored by REAL Trends. Designees are recognized as the top one-half of one percent of more than 1.25 million licensed real estate professionals nationwide. The Thousand is divided into four categories, each listing the top 250 designees: Individual Agent — Sales Volume; Individual Agent — Transaction Sides; Agent Team — Sales Volume and Agent Team — Transaction Sides.

“We are obviously pleased and honored to be included in this ranking of the country’s top residential real estate agents,” added Jonathan Rosen, CEO & co-founder of The Collective Residential. “It represents the time and effort we put into each client we serve and how much work it takes to build a successful real estate career. The level of sales it takes to qualify makes it a truly special recognition.”
